Bangawarra Cultural Day Program
On Thursday, some of our Indigenous students from Years 10-12 attended the CEO event 'Bangawarra' with Miss Acevedo held at the Kiama Pavillion. The event was held in Kiama at the pavilion, where every secondary school in the diocese came together to have a yarn and share Culture. The students were also lucky enough to hear from some Indigenous keynote speakers on their journeys out of high school. Afterward, the students were lucky enough to walk around and discuss their future with universities, organisations and trades at a career expo. We would like to thank the CEO for putting on this event for us.
