Year 7 in action this week making the traditional spiced, sweet, raisin filled Hot Cross buns. Hot Cross buns are traditionally eaten on Good Friday so as their last practical lesson before the Easter holidays students used their skills of measuring, weighing, kneading, and piping to create this classic easter treat.
