TAS - What's Been Happening
Hospitality
Year 12 Hospitality made a batch of choux pastry this week. A higher level of technical cookery skills were needed to make this dough. The class made profiteroles and chocolate eclairs. Some used the profiteroles to make a mini Croquembouche.





Year 12 also made fresh fruit fritters the previous week honing their paring knife skills and technique.





Year 11 Construction
Year 11's Construction class have also been hard at work on their projects for this term.
