National NAIDOC Week
National NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia in the first week of July each year (Sunday to Sunday), to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This year's theme is 'For Our Elders'.
On Monday, we celebrated NAIDOC week as a school community with an assembly and liturgy. As a school, we gathered to acknowledge our elders and reflected on the significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
