On the 7th of December the Year 7 Japanese class made sushi. Sensei taught us how to make a traditional sushi roles and temaki-sushi. Our overall experience was amazing, everyone present contributed and enjoyed this wonderful experience. We were taught the proper techniques of how to place our ingredients and role our seaweed, in the end everyone had a good time, learned lots, and experienced a traditional Japanese custom.
