TAS - What's been happening?
Year 9 & 10 Food Technology
Year 9 & 10 Food Technology classes made Anzac biscuits as a way of remembering our forefathers who fought in the great war.
They learnt that accurate measurement in cups is more difficult than in grams.





Year 11 Cookery
Year 11 Cookery II students and some Year 9 & 10 Food Technology students made a range of dishes - Vanilla cupcakes, Lemonade Scones, Sticky Date Mini Muffins, Heart Shaped Jam Drops, Almond and Date bliss balls, Chocolate Tartlets.
The students enjoyed the day and produced food to a high standard.
