TAS - What's been happening?
Year 9 & 10 Food Technology
Year 9 & 10 Food Technology students made Chicken dumplings with a soy, lemon and ginger dipping sauce, garnished with curly shallots. It was a good lesson in preparation, and heat control.
Year 11 Cookery (Hospitality)
This week Year 11 Cookery (Hospitality) class prepare themselves a yummy lunch of chicken schnitzel, sauteed potatoes and a salad of sauteed broccoli, zucchini, capsicum and shallots.
Mackillop Class
The Mackillop students had lots of fun in their non-baked cooking lesson this week. They had lots of fun making various wraps including chicken and ham and the hit for the day was the egg curry wraps!
