TAS - What's been happening?
Year 9 & 10 Food Technology
Year 9 Food Technology made Lebanese wraps with spiced/roasted chickpeas, tabouli and tzatziki. All enjoyed the change of proteins.
Year 9 & 10 also made a Margherita Pizza this week.
Year 11 Cookery (Hospitality)
This week Year 11 Cookery made a couple of recipes of gnocchi. Potato gnocchi with brown butter, sage and pine nuts. Then Spinach and ricotta gnocchi with tomato sugo.





Mackillop Class
This week the students cooked non baked cheesecake cupcakes as well as rice paper rolls. These were delicious and wonderful success!
Students learnt measurement of ingredients, combining ingredients and folding cream into the cheesecake bowl.
