Years 9 and 10 Food Technology
Years 9 and 10 Food Technology made fresh fruit tarts this week. The students blind baked some shortcrust pastry, made a creme patissiere (custard) and garnished with fresh fruits. They then made cinnamon cookies from the pastry offcuts.





Year 12 Cookery II
Year 12 Cookery II students completed a sandwich assessment, making a Club Sandwich, served with triple fried chips and aioli.
