Year 7 Technology

Year 7 Technology classes did some simple design activities this week. They planned and created a straw tower and learnt how a simple fold in a strip of paper slowed its rate of fall.

Year 9 Food Technology

Year 9 Food Technology started their practical journey last week. They made a simple damper and enjoyed it with golden syrup and margarine. The students learnt the processes of working in a commercial kitchen and teamwork.

This week the students made Kangaroo burgers. Most students enjoyed the different flavour and lower fat content.

Year 11 Hospitality

Ben and Katelyn enjoyed their first Year 11 Hospitality class. The lesson was all about developing their precision knife skills!

Year 12 Food Technology

Year 12 students baked some yummy suasage rolls and made a delicious homemade tomato sauce.
