Year 12 Cookery
Year 12 Cookery II made a lemon scented creme brulee this week, they served it with grilled pears, orange segments and some crunchy hazelnut biscotti.
We used lots of methods of cooking and learnt about flavour combinations and the importance of always checking that there is an acidic element to a recipe, so the flavour combinations are balanced and that each dish should have a variety of textural elements.
