Year 12 Cookery
Year 12 Cookery had a busy practical this week. Fruit fritters with chocolate ice cream (made by the class).
We used our new sous vide machine to cook, eggs, salmon with grilled asparagus and pears and an interesting coffee oil and reduced balsamic vinegar drizzle. Also some eye fillet and chicken breast to be finished later this week.
