TAS - What's Been Happening?
Year 11 Cookery
Year 11 Cookery have completed their last practical lesson for Term 3. The students made Bang Bang Noodles with chilli vinigarette, steamed bok choy and shalotts. The class learnt some new noodle making skills, boiling, steaming and frying methods as well.





Year 12 Food Tech
Year 12 Food Tech have now completed their last practical lesson with a spread of Butter Chicken, Dumplings and Chocolate Mousse.
