School Fees and Excursions

SCHOOL FEES

A reminder about school fees for those families who have significant amounts still outstanding. Thank you to everyone that has already paid the school fees.

School fees are important, the school relies on fees and the payment of fees is part of the agreement you signed with the school upon enrolment of your child/ren.

We have been asked by the Catholic Education Office to follow up outstanding school fees. The Catholic Education Office has strict guidelines, so it is suggested that all overdue payments are required now to avoid further action. We ask that you address any outstanding fees as soon as possible. If you pay by Direct Debit or BPay, could you please check that the amount you have set for regular payments will cover the amount that is still owing for this year’s fees.

We appreciate your support with the payment of your fees. If you are experiencing significant financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to make an appointment to see Ms Wilson.

YEAR 7 CAMP

The school camp for your children has been included in your school fees. Parents are able to make a payment directly to the school for the cost of the camp, or you can continue making your normal instalment payments towards the costs of the school fees which will automatically include the camp costs.

If you have NOT been making any regular payments or part payments for your child's fees, then you MUST pay for your child camp as soon as possible and make an appointment to see Ms Wilson to discuss any financial hardships you may be having. You can call her secretary for an appointment which is completely confidential.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child's school fees, please ring the office and they will put you through to the Finance Office.
