Last weekend Tahlia Dole of year 11 competed in the State Road racing championships in Gunning. Tahlia rode 2 races, a time trial in 60 kph winds in which she placed first in the U19s and her time was good enough for the bronze in the Elite women. In the road race she also claimed first place.
On Tuesday she attended the Olympic change makers forum in Sydney for which she was nominated by St Joseph's to attend. Tahlia had a good day and enjoyed conversing with different Olympic athletes. The picture is of her with Olympian and former world champion cyclist Katherine Bates who actually recognised Tahlia.
