It was an extremely colourful and fun day for all involved. Our vision for the day was that it #aintweaktospeak and that despite some of the barriers in our society, its ok to talk to your family and friends about your emotions and feelings! 

The St Joeys staff were very bright and colourful for the day, sparking genuine conversations and supporting small ways that students can seek help and feel better! 

Students were about to participate in Yoga, Meditation, Emotional Intelligence sessions and also a boxing Bootcamp! 

A great vibe and energy filled the COLA at lunch with a BBQ, Fairy Floss, T-Shirt sales, Yellow Cupcakes and the much-loved WETUCATION.

We were lucky to hear our friends from One Wave (tag them) talk about the Fluro Friday Initiative in North Wollongong, to where all our proceeds from the day will go.
