Year 11 and 12 have got back onto their practical applications for the Hospitality courses.

Yr 11 making some lovely Pumpkin and Fetta Scrolls and a chicken stir fry, this week a lunch of Lasagne, garlic bread and seasonal salad, as well as Chicken Schnitzel and chips.

Year 12 have produced  Apple and banana Fritters with (Liquid Nitrogen set) Callebaut chocolate Ice Cream, Berbere Spiced Roo w/ warm Moroccan Salad & a dessert of Roasted Stone Fruits, stuffed with amaretto biscuits & mascarpone.

This week year 12 used our large floor standing mixer to produce a range of 4 bread in commercial quantities. Walnut and honey rolls, Onion and olive topped Foccacia, Cheese & Chilli twists and pan fried Naan bread.
