As we approach the school holidays it is important to recognise the journey we have been on with COVID-19, where we have come from and where we are today.
I often talk to students about Mental Fitness and the role it plays in our day to day mental health. Just like going to the gym or exercising for 'physical' fitness, our mental fitness plays an important role in how we develop socially and emotionally. This week, attached below is a link for a FREE online webinar on 'Mental Fitness' provided through Black Dog Institute.
