Year 12 Hospitality Function for Bishop Brian Mascord - The Joey's Way
Last week Yr 12 Hospitality students had the pleasure of cooking up a storm for our Bishop.
The menu was:
Entree
Crispy Fried Cheese Ravioli
Pancetta wrapped Barbecued Prawns

Mushroom and Pea Risotto
Lamb and Sundried Tomato Parcels
Sauteed beans for the table

Sticky Date Pudding
Fruit Tart
Our guests enjoyed lovely food and service. Mr Milburn and I would like to thank our Year 12 students who were excellent throughout the whole day! Enjoy some photos as 'The Joeys Way'.
