Cooking Update
Year 10 Food Technology classes made Chicken dumplings last week. They tried folding them in several different ways as well as steaming and cooking them goyzo style.










Year 11 & 12 Hospitality students were out on Work placement over the past few weeks putting their newly learnt cookery skills in commercial practice. From all reports they enjoyed their week and their supervisors were very impressed by their skills. We would like to thank the local cafes, restaurants, caterers & hotels that gave their time ane expertise to assist our students.

Year 10 Food Tech made Paella this week.





Year 11 Hospitality catered to the Joey's staff for a Big Morning tea. They made Lemonade Scones, vanilla cupcakes, mini Sticky toffee puddings, Chocolate tarts, Vegan date and nut balls. Vegan lime and coconut cashew tartlets, a range of sandwiches. Jam draps, Anzac biscuits and more.
