Please find attached details regarding a FREE Swim and Surf skills open day to be held at Oak Flats Pool on Sunday 19 June that we are hoping to circulate to all your students and families - limited spots remain!
Led by former Ironwoman and current Australian Gold medallist Nicole Sims, will feature some of the best coaching staff in the sport - including record-holding four-time Coolangatta Gold winner and three-time Ironwoman Champion Courtney Hancock!
Featuring a loaded program of activities, including learn-to-swim sessions, dry land strength and conditioning, intense skill-specific and technique workshops, goal setting and plenty of water-based games, races, and fun to be had, this is a day for all ages and abilities and designed to encourage kids to the water.
Whether you're entering the water for the first time or an elite competitor in pool or surf, we are designing a program to suit all abilities that will be a great off-season session to refine skills and confidence ahead of summer. - Nicole Sims
