Hospitality - Crème Caramel / Pasta Making
Year 12 Hospitality were busy this week making Crème Caramel. A custard dessert with a layer of rich caramel sauce, paired with fresh fruit and ginger biscuits.





Another wonderful creation from Year 12 - Traditional Carbonara. The Italian pasta dish from Rome is made with eggs, hard cheese, cured pork and black pepper. Well Done Year 12.
